Refund policy

You may request a return within 40 days after delivery. We accept returns of both defective and non defective products, so you do not need a fault to return an item. Returns are by mail, and this policy applies to orders delivered in the United States.

Every return must be approved before an item is sent back. Contact us with your order number and we will confirm the return address and instructions for your order. Please do not send an item back without that confirmation, because we need to match the return to the correct order.

We accept items that are new, and items that are slightly used. The item must be intact and returned with its packaging so we can identify the batch it came from.

We accept exchanges. If you would rather have a different item or a different size, tell us when you contact us and we will arrange the exchange instead of a refund. If you prefer a refund, an approved return goes back to your original payment method.

We do not charge a restocking fee. There is no cost from us for returning an item.

For an approved return we email you a return label to download and print. The label is free, there is no charge for return postage, and we do not charge a restocking fee.

If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right with a replacement or a refund for the affected products. We treat these issues quickly and at no cost to you.

• Include your order number and a clear description of the issue
• Attach photos of the packaging and the affected items so we can resolve it fast

Orders can be changed or cancelled only while they are still being processed and before they ship. Once an order has been packed or handed to the carrier, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

If you need to update an order, contact us right away with your order number and we will help if it is still possible.

Email support@peptidesfarma.com with your order number, within 40 days of delivery, and tell us whether you want a refund or an exchange. You do not need to give a reason for the return itself. Our team will confirm the return address and next steps, then send you a return label to download and print so you can post the item back.

When a return is approved, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to show the credit on your statement.

The following requests are not eligible for a refund or replacement:

• Requests made more than 40 days after delivery
• Parcels delayed or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address you provided
• Refusal of delivery without a prior approved return arrangement
