Return eligibility
To qualify for a refund, products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Because these are sensitive research materials, opened vials cannot be accepted for return for safety and integrity reasons.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. Email us within seven days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will resolve it quickly.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled within one hour of being placed. After that window the order enters processing and can no longer be modified. For urgent requests, contact us right away with your order number.
How to start a return
Email support@peptidesfarma.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will confirm whether the item is eligible and share return instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take five to ten business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
