You earn 2.5 points for every $1 you spend, on the amount you actually pay after any discount. There is nothing to activate. Points are added to your account automatically.

Points are credited when your order ships, not when you place it. If an order is cancelled or returned, the points earned on it are removed again.

100 points is worth $1 off. You redeem at checkout, in multiples of 100 points, and the discount comes off your order total before payment.

As a worked example, 1,000 points is $10 off, which is what roughly $400 of spending earns you. There is no limit on how much of an order you can pay for with points, up to the order value.

Membership costs nothing and there are no tiers to unlock. Create an account, order as normal, and points accumulate on their own.

You can see your balance and your full points history any time on your points page.

Points stay on your account until you spend them. We do not expire balances for inactivity and we do not charge a fee to keep an account open.

• Points are earned on the amount paid, so a discounted order earns on the discounted amount.
• Redeeming points does not reduce the points you earn on the rest of that order.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts or refunded as money.
• If an order is refunded, cancelled or returned, the points it earned are reversed.
• We may change the earn and redemption rates. Any change applies to future orders, never to points you have already earned.
