All products sold by Peptidesfarma are supplied strictly as laboratory reference standards for in vitro research use only. They are research chemicals intended for analytical and reference use by qualified scientific researchers.

Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food products. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and they are not intended or sold for human or veterinary use, consumption, or ingestion.

• Storage, handling, and disposal must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• You are responsible for verifying intended use and ensuring compliance with your institutional and laboratory protocols.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a qualified researcher to use this site or place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you will use our products only for lawful research purposes.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, so please contact us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it in any way. This includes not attempting to gain unauthorized access, not interfering with its operation, and not using any product in a manner that is unlawful or unsafe.

You are solely responsible for the safe receipt, storage, handling, and use of every product you purchase, and for following the safety practices appropriate to your laboratory.

We work hard to keep product details, availability, and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any error, adjust prices, and update or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when it ships, not simply when it is submitted. We may decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or for quantities that fall outside normal research use. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by The Front Kits and may appear as such on your card or bank statement. If you do not recognise a charge, check for that name before reporting it, and contact us at support@peptidesfarma.com if anything still looks wrong.

We ship within the United States only. Processing times, carriers, tracking, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed dates.

Free shipping thresholds are measured on the order subtotal, before shipping and any taxes, and after any discount has been applied. Orders of $120 or more ship free on standard services. Orders of $150 or more also ship free on UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders of $200 or more include one free GHK-Cu 50 mg vial, added automatically and limited to one per order. The free vial has no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and is removed if the qualifying subtotal is no longer met at the time of payment. We may change or withdraw these thresholds at any time, and the terms shown in your cart at checkout are the ones that apply to that order.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of your order. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with you and the carrier toward a fair resolution under our policies.

You may request a return within 40 days after delivery. Full details on return instructions, damaged or incorrect items, refund timing, and non refundable cases are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and the Peptidesfarma name, belongs to Peptidesfarma or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse it without our written permission.

The site and our products are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. You assume full responsibility for the safe and lawful use of any product you purchase in your research.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptidesfarma is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that the claim relates to.

You agree to hold Peptidesfarma harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of a product or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Peptidesfarma operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in that state.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
