Shipping and delivery

We prepare and pack orders quickly so your research materials reach you without delay. Orders placed before our daily cutoff on a business day are typically processed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on national holidays begin processing on the next business day.

During occasional high volume periods, such as new product launches or promotions, processing may take an extra business day. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated ship date before charging or shipping the rest of your order.

We ship using trusted national carriers, including USPS and UPS, and select the service that best balances speed and reliable handling for your address. The available shipping methods and their rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Most domestic orders arrive within one to three business days after they ship, depending on your location and the service selected. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We currently ship within the United States only, including all fifty states. We do not ship internationally at this time, and we cannot accept orders with a delivery address outside the United States.

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination, using live USPS and UPS rates. Orders of $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping, and orders of $300 or more qualify for free 2-day shipping.

Your exact shipping cost, the free shipping thresholds above, and any active promotions are always shown in your cart and at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order ships, we email a confirmation that includes your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. Tracking can take up to twenty four hours to show its first scan after the label is created, so please allow time for the carrier to update its system.

You can also review the status of recent orders at any time from your account. If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact our support team and we will look into it with the carrier on your behalf.

Research peptides are sensitive materials, so we pack every order with care. Lyophilized vials are stable for shipping at ambient temperature for the short transit times typical of domestic delivery, and we use protective, insulated packaging to guard against impact and heat.

When a product calls for added protection, we include cold packs to help maintain a stable temperature in transit. To preserve integrity, we recommend storing your materials promptly on arrival according to the guidance provided for each compound.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of the order.

If you notice an error, contact us right away. We can update the address only while the order is still being processed. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the affected items. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for the damaged products.

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with your household and neighbors and look for a carrier notice. If it still cannot be found, contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier and work with you toward a fair resolution.
