Shipping Information
Standard Shipping
3 to 5 business days. Free on orders over $200. Trackable via USPS or UPS.
Express 2-Day
Guaranteed 2 business day delivery. Recommended for temperature-sensitive compounds.
Overnight Shipping
Next business day delivery available for orders placed before 12pm EST.
Free Shipping Thresholds
- Orders over $200: Free standard shipping
- Orders over $300: Free express 2-day shipping
All orders include free shipment protection against loss, theft, and damage during transit.
Packaging & Handling
All products are packaged to maintain quality during transit:
- Vacuum-sealed vials with desiccant packets
- Insulated packaging with cold packs for temperature-sensitive compounds
- Discrete, unmarked outer packaging
- Certificate of Analysis included with every shipment
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday, Friday). Orders placed after 12pm EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Return Policy
Eligible for Return
- Unopened, undamaged products within 30 days
- Products received in error
- Damaged items (contact within 48 hours with photos)
Not Eligible
- Opened or reconstituted products
- Products returned after 30 days
- Products not stored per recommendations
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@peptidesfarma.com with your order number
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the product back in its original packaging
- Refund processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return
